I attended the Hearing Centre in Bromley to have my ears syringed at a time when the NHS was unable to help me out due to Covid. The ladies were very helpful and attentive and I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

I can’t thank Hearbase, especially Tracy - front of house enough. When I called explaining they my ear was blocked and that Boots and Specsavers couldn’t see me until mid October, Tracy managed to squeeze.me in as I was having problems with my hearing. I then had a hearing test the following day.
Both the nurse and Audiologist were great and from now on I won’t be going anywhere other than Hearsay.

When phoning for an appointment the reception staff was friendly, empathetic, professional and very accommodating, trying hard and succeeding in finding me an earlier time slot than initially anticipated (in her and the audiologist’s lunch break).

On arrival every attempt was made to comply thoroughly with infection control and social distancing measures and I did not have to wait long until I was asked into the treatment room.

The audiologist was very welcoming and professional. She undertook a comprehensive assessment of the presenting problem and clearly explained the treatment options she worked quickly but thoroughly and hygienically, and engaged in easy conversation. I felt relaxed and my problem was resolved promptly and comprehensively.

In summary: I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience and would wholeheartedly recommend the service.

I phoned Tracy at your Bromley branch and asked for her help. I had a meeting in a few days time and could not hear a thing so the meeting as far as I was concerned was going to be embarrassing and detrimental to my business. Tracy as far as I am concerned went above and beyond and got me booked in as an emergency with the lady at Bromley who attended to my ears and cleared and cleaned them completely. I really mean this the service and standard of care I received that day was superb.
